UPDATE [COVID-19] - MANDATORY CLOSURE

The governor of New Jersey just announced that all schools and non-essential businesses in the state must close until further notice. CLICK HERE to watch the announcement on Twitter.

In accordance with the recent state-wide mandate, effective immediately, we are suspending all classes. As stated in our previous update, we are extending memberships by one month - ABSOLUTELY FREE - as a thank you to all of our active members for their continued support.

Besides social distancing, drinking plenty of water, and washing your hands thoroughly & often - now more than ever, the way your health and wellness contributes to your immune system is paramount in beating back the spread of this virus.

While some of us are decades into our martial arts and/or fitness journeys, some have only just begun. Regardless of where you are in your journey, we are committed to ensuring that the progress you have made does not go to waste. We will be onboarding daily exclusive content for all of our active members. If you are not already on Facebook, please sign up and join our private groups to view your exclusive content. Otherwise, they will be available on our websites and social media outlets in the coming days as we build out the functionality.
